Our City of Westminster College partnership

We are proud of our ongoing partnership with City of Westminster College which is designed to support students as they begin their careers in the security sector.

Through this collaboration, our team provides insight into the industry and our career pathways. We also guarantee an interview to every interested student upon graduation at the end of the programme.

That commitment has led to several successful hires, including Jefferson Geronimo who shared his experience and said, “After graduation, Unitrust came to speak at the college and introduced the company, its history, and how they’re raising the bar for security officers. What stood out to me was the opportunity for progression. Afterwards, we had the chance to have an interview, and I spoke with the HR Director and made a good impression. This led to a formal application. Things moved fast from there, and once my SIA licence was in place, I interviewed for an entry-level CSO role and joined the team soon after.” Jefferson continues to progress well and is now one of our key site supervisors.
