First Cohort Enrols on Level 4 Assessor Apprenticeship Programme

We’re proud to announce the enrolment of our first cohort of colleagues onto the Level 4 Learning & Skills Assessor (LSA) apprenticeship programme. This marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to developing talent from within and strengthening the skills that underpin high-quality service across our operations.

The programme is fully funded through the Apprenticeship Levy, enabling us to invest in professional development in a sustainable and impactful way. Participants will gain advanced assessment and coaching capabilities, supporting career progression while helping us continually enhance the standards we deliver for clients.
