AI and Security - What does our future look like?

With so much attention on AI, it is natural to ask whether technology will eventually replace security officers. In our view, the answer is no.

But it can't build relationships with building occupiers, reassure someone during a difficult situation or use experience and judgement to de-escalate a confrontation.

The most effective security operations don't see AI as a replacement for people they see it as a tool that enables highly trained security professionals to do their jobs even better.
