Unitrust is proud to announce a significant achievement following our recent NSI audit, with the auditor approving an increase in our Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) score to 135. This marks an important milestone for the business and reflects our continued commitment to delivering robust security practices and maintaining the highest standards of compliance across all areas of our operation.
In addition to the improved ACS score, Unitrust was awarded a Good Practice citation for its ‘Hot Chocolate and a Chat’ initiative, an internal wellbeing programme that offers night-shift colleagues a chance to connect, unwind, and receive support during quieter hours. The acknowledgement highlights the strength of our compliance performance while also recognising the importance we place on cultivating a positive, supportive working culture.
Scott Gough, Managing Director of Unitrust, commented “This result is a testament to the professionalism and dedication of our people. Achieving a score of 135 demonstrates the strength of our systems, our culture, and our relentless focus on continuous improvement. I’m equally proud of the recognition for our ‘Hot Chocolate and a Chat’ initiative, which shows that compliance and care go hand in hand at Unitrust.”
These achievements reinforce Unitrust’s position as a trusted, responsible, and forward-thinking security provider and one that strives for excellence not only in operational performance but in the wellbeing and development of its people.
